What is your favourite part of the job?

The variation. Everyday is completely different and of course, it’s amazing being able to wake up and do what you love. Over the years, we have worked on a fantastic range of projects, worked with some amazing people and achieved so many amazing milestones – I can honestly say I love my job!

What motivates you?

Watching M.A.D go from strength to strength is what continues to motivate me! After taking a massive leap of faith 5 years ago, leaving our jobs and setting up the business, it’s been amazing to reach this stage in our M.A.D journey, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Don’t be scared of the unknown… be ambitious and never be scared to create a life you love, no matter how out of reach it might seem.

How would your colleagues describe you?

Erm… this is a tough one… probably passionate, driven and boisterous (haha) 

When you’re not in the office, what do you love to do?

When I’m not in the office, I take the opportunity to travel as much as possible! Everyone that knows me knows how much I love Ibiza (I go every year) but I also love visiting new places too!

Favourite film?

I have such a short attention span, so don’t really watch many films… however, an all time favourite has to be The Lion King! Love Disney…

Currently watching/reading?

My guilty pleasure has to be reality TV! It’s all I watch… Favourites include Keeping up with the Kardashians and Love Island.

Best eatery in the North East?

Miller and Carter!

Your life motto?

“Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts your life will start to change.”
